Nothing is shipped
systemi is an online hosting service (software as a service). We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.
How the service is delivered
- Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. The new limits show in your console straight away.
- Apps, databases and subdomains are created online from the console, usually within a few minutes.
- Receipts and invoices are sent to the email address on your account.
- If a paid plan isn't active within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, write to us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Where the service is available
systemi can be used from anywhere with an internet connection, subject to our terms of service and acceptable use policy.
Cancellations and refunds
See refunds and cancellation: you can cancel any time and the unused part of the current period is refunded pro-rata.
