Cancel any time
You can cancel your plan at any time from the console or by writing to support@aippaci.in. The plan ends when you cancel; there is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Pro-rata refunds
- We refund the unused part of the current billing period, worked out by the day. For example, cancelling a $8 plan halfway through the month refunds about $4.
- Refunds go back to the card, UPI or account you paid with, in the same currency. We start them within 7 working days of the cancellation; your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show them.
- Moving to a cheaper plan works the same way: the unused part of the old plan is refunded or credited towards the new one.
- Payment provider fees and taxes are refunded where the provider or the law lets us.
After you cancel
- Your apps and databases stop when the plan ends. To keep them running for less, move down to Basic instead, if Basic capacity is available in your region at the time.
- If there is no Basic capacity, you can stay on your plan or close the account. A closed account's apps and databases are deleted, so download what you need first.
When there is no refund
There is no refund for the current period when an app or account is removed for breaking the terms of service or the acceptable use policy, and none for periods that have already ended.

If you think you were charged by mistake, write to support@aippaci.in with the date and amount. We reply within 2 working days.
