This policy explains what Aippaci Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, India ("we") collects when you use systemi.in, an Aippaci brand, and what we do with it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the other laws that apply to us.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address or phone number, the name you give us, and your plan.
- Billing details: invoices, amounts and the country you pay from. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage: storage, data, traffic, CPU and memory each app uses, so we can enforce limits and bill correctly.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
- Site visits: anonymous page-view counts. We don't use advertising trackers.
- Technical logs: IP addresses and request details kept for a short time to run the service and stop abuse. These are not offered to customers as audit logs.
Why we use it
- To create your account, sign you in, run your apps and databases, and bill you.
- To send messages about your account, such as limits, payments, security and changes to our terms.
- To keep the service safe: spotting abuse, enforcing the acceptable use policy and meeting legal requests.
We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.
Your apps' data
The code, files and databases you host on systemi belong to you. We store and run them for you and look at them only to keep the service running, deal with abuse reports or follow the law. If your app collects personal data, you are responsible for it towards your users, including your own privacy policy.
Who else processes it
- Sign-in is handled by osec.one, which stores your verified email or phone.
- Payments are handled by Stripe (USD) and Cashfree (INR).
- Apps, databases and backups run on servers we rent from a data-centre provider, which can be outside India.
- Page-view counts are kept by b59.link, without cookies that identify you.
Each of them gets only what it needs for its part of the service.
Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in to the console, and your browser remembers whether you chose dark mode. There are no advertising or cross-site cookies.
How long we keep it
- Account and usage details: while your account is open, and up to 90 days after it closes.
- Apps and databases: deleted when you delete them or the account closes; backups age out within 30 days.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax law requires, usually 8 years.
- Technical logs: up to 30 days, longer only when needed for an abuse case or a legal request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or name someone to act for you. Write to support@aippaci.in from the email on your account; we reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
